Adam Logan
Adam Logan was born in 1975 in Kingston, Ontario. He is a research mathematician and a top Canadian Scrabble player. He won the World Scrabble Championship in 2005, beating Pakorn Nemitrmansuk of Thailand 3-0 in the final. He is the only player to have won the Canadian Scrabble Championship three times (1996, 2005, and 2008). He was also the winner of the 1996 National Scrabble Championship and North America's top rated player in 1997.
Since his competitive career began in 1985, Logan has played at least 1,042 tournament games, winning about 66%, and earning at least $62,000 in prize money.
